For the first time this year I am speaking at home, no not that Shelby doesn't allow me to speak, rather I am hosting a training session which allows me to sleep in my own bed.  We try and do this a few times a year as a group of local agents are always emailing us asking when is Dick holding classes again.

Yep I am in Lowell.  Chad Kumpe has given me a key to the institute and everybody including the local MLS, associations of REALTORS are helping us promote the classes.  I would like to be able to host 4 of this type events a year.  So help spread the word and let's make this a great event.
