Insider Tips on Troubleshooting the Treo
I want to share with all of you some hidden codes on the Treo we use to diagnose what's going on with the Palm OS Treo. I am sharing this to help you understand what's going on with your Smartphone. If you have had resets or know somebody with a Palm OS Treo please print this and share with them. You'll be a hero, oh if you print include my name and website, I can always use the hits.
Hash Codes
Hash codes allow the Treo user the ability to look up the last crash of an app, To activate these codes please first be in your PHONE app.
1) To go to your phone app just hit the telephone icon on you Treo buttons.
2) Then dial the codes as if dialing a number on your Treo.
Sprint enter "##..." before every code.
Verizon enter "#*#...#"
AT&T and T-Mobile enter "#*..."
Useful codes:

Displays the last error which caused a soft reset, and the program that was running, line number etc
786
This the Phone Information Page. It tells you how many minutes the unit has on it, how much data has transpired, the warranty date, software versions, ESN, etc.
49878
Is a troubleshooter tool. It allows you to test your buttons, sound, vibration, and etc. Try this one it's really cool
